“I love looking in the mirrors on the wall and seeing muscles that I haven’t seen before or knew I had.”

“I have been following Suzanna for almost a year on social media. Watching her fitness journey and workout videos had inspired me to reach out. 

I had already been working out for years prior to the club. My fitness goal had been always about weight-loss that I consistently tracked with the scale. Never I thought how much I would enjoy weight lifting to build muscle that would help me become stronger and leaner. I am seeing progress in muscle definition and I’ve noticed improvements in my performance. During my runs, I found that the workouts has helped me run faster and longer. 

During the workouts, I love looking in the mirrors on the wall and seeing muscles that I haven’t seen before or knew I had. What I appreciate most about Suzanna is her accountability and encouragement to the group. I feel that she is dedicated to helping us become stronger and healthier. As a trainer, Suzanna, takes account to each members’ fitness level and tailors the workouts to each individual’s ability and modifications.
