I've always been health conscious, but just started working out with Suzanna since April 2019. Since then, i’ve seen improvements to my cellulites, my entire body is looking toned, and I feel healthier physically and mentally. I was referred to Suzanna by a good friend.
Suzanna is such an inspiration and motivator. She keeps me consistent with my fitness goals and is literally here for me practically 24/7; from receiving personal wake-up calls for 5am workouts to inspiring affirmation text messages. The best part about having her as a trainer is that she shares her struggles, goals and achievements with us, she does the workouts during the sessions and isn't afraid to be real and vulnerable. I appreciate that because it doesn't make me feel like I'm in it alone.
Although I struggle with eating habits at times, I’ve learned to forgive myself, to not look back and keep pushing forward — to be patient and trust the process. In the most humblest of ways I'd recommend Suzanna to anyone based on my experiences! I have learned to love my “Mom bod”, stretch marks and loose skin. Which has been getting more taut by the day. My confidence has skyrocketed and my mentality as a virtual woman has improved! I appreciate my trainer for pushing me to heights both physically and mentally!
